All orders placed will be dispatched with free standard royal mail delivery. Upon arrival the package must be signed for.

Saturday – Sunday

 

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday with free standard royal mail delivery. Upon arrival the package must be signed for.

International shipping

 

All orders placed from customers outside the UK will be required to pay a small postage fee relevant to the size and weight of the item. When purchasing multiple items the postage costs may increase depending on the size and weight of the items. All orders will be sent via Royal mail with tracking and will require a signature from the customer upon arrival. This is to ensure all our products reach our customers safely, securely and on time. On the unfortunate occasion that an order is misplaced during the shipping process we are able to start an investigation immediately and resolve the issue.

Packaging

 

All Stvdio brand items come packed into fully recyclable plastic packaging with a secure seal to enclose item/s safely and securely.

Please keep away from children. Can cause serious harm.

Peaked hats are packed into a Royal mail certified cardboard box. Fully recyclable.

 

All Stvdio brand products are dispatched in extra strong, water resistant plastic delivery packaging with a reliable sticky seal to enclose products safely and securely with the customers name and shipping address marked clearly to eliminate confusion.

Return & Exchange Policy

This policy is valid for up to 14 days from the date of the order receipt. Allowing plenty of time for an exchange, Credit note or refund.

 

We are extremely sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We strive to build up an excellent customer relationship and provide top quality products, so we have created this policy to protect both parties and satisfy your needs as a Stvdio brand customer.

 

As a Stvdio brand customer you have a legal right to return an item if it has arrived to you as faulty.

 

Please provide a copy of the emailed purchase receipt. This can either be via email or a printed copy in with the returned goods.

 

Once the item/s are returned, we aim to process the exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days from the date of the returned item/s returned to us.

 

Stvdio brand is not liable to cover postage costs incurred due to returning item/s. A charge of £3.62 for re-delivery within the UK will be incurred to the customer if Stvdio brand is not at fault for returning item/s.

 

Customers wishing to return a item/s outside the UK will incur an additional cost of funding the returned item back to us and also a cost of re-delivery for any exchanged item/s providing that Stvdio brand is not at fault for the returning item/s.

 

In order to be eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund there are a few terms you must comply with for the returned items to be accepted:

 

  • A copy of the emailed purchase receipt must be given.

  • Item/s must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging with original labels. (re-sellable condition)

  • Item/s must be returned to us within the return deadline. (21 days from order receipt)

 

Please ensure returned items do not have:

 

  • Human or pet hair attached

  • Aftershave or perfume scent

  • Smoke scent

  • Been washed

  • Any stains. For example, blood, food, drink.

  • Any defects in the item/s

 

These conditions are important for hygiene reasons

 

If item/s you have received are faulty and still in original packaging please contact us at stvdiobrand@gmail.com with a full description of the defect and a clear photograph of the defected product. This will allow us to start investigating the cause of the issue and provide a better service in the future.

 

If you require a credit note, please contact us at stvdiobrand@gmail.com for an email confirmation and full details of the credit note.

 

If you require a refund, we will refund the full product cost. This will not include any postal costs. And aim to process this action as quickly as possible.

 

If we are unable to complete your exchange within the returns deadline due to lack of stock a full product refund will be given, excluding postage costs.

 

Any issues after the given return time (14 days) we will not be held responsible for.
